Terms and Conditions

Appointment Booking and Cancellations:
I require 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, with potential charges for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Appointment:
When you drop your dog off to be groomed, customers are not allowed to wait in the dog grooming room whilst I groom their dog. It's 1 to 1 appointments only as it could effect my insurance.
Dog's Health and Behavior:
Owners are required to disclose any pre-existing skin conditions, medical conditions, or behavioral issues that could affect the grooming process. I may refuse to groom dogs with aggressive or disruptive behavior.
Vaccinations and Parasite Control:
Most groomers require dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/worm treatment.
Liability:
I am not liable for injuries or complications arising from pre-existing conditions, aggressive behavior, or accidents during the grooming process.
Additional Charges:
Costs may be added for matted coats, flea treatments, or other issues that require extra time or resources.
Privacy:
Personal information is not shared with anyone.
Emergency:
In the event of an emergency where your dog required urgent vet attention, I will take your dog to my nearest vet which will be minster vets in Newark.
